Our elk jerky, elk jerky
kippered strips, and elk jerky snack sticks are
made from 100% elk meat rounds, sliced, smoked and
seasoned.
Similar to a piece of tenderized round steak, but not
dried down to the low moisture content of jerky. When
you get our product you are getting a hunk of meat
in a jerky snack stick!
Elk jerky pieces are not uniform.
All products are U.S.D.A. inspected and CWD free.
